I’ve completed all steps and sent in all forms. Now I just had to wait till they reviewed my profile, before I would start receiving job offers. That was over a month and a half ago. No exaggeration. My profile is still waiting for that review. There customer service is either text or email. That’s it. Customer service is highly unprofessional, and there are serious concerns about the misuse of employees’ personal information. I would not recommend this company to anyone. It is one of the worst organizations I have encountered.. ### 1/5 — Not good for business! Trash *2025-11-04* Over the years the company just when to the dogs I used to work everyday at one point and time got suspended and lost access to jobs for months. The person who operate the support line needs to be fired. The company itself needs to be reviewed and investigated. I’ve downloaded about 7-8 different temp job apps and this is the only one that wouldn’t even let me go past making my profile ### 1/5 — Caution *2025-04-30* This company requires a union referral from you before you can work, yet offers unions shifts to you as “non-union” and at half the pay rate for the shift. Whatever you’re making per hour through them, they are making about the same, since they take about half the wage the employer pays for that shift (in addition to the fees they charge the employer for supplying them with you in the first place). ### 1/5 — Very misleading *2025-04-29* I submitted a profile. The app continuously pushed notifications and text messages that asked me to complete my profile including getting work cards. However 4 months later the application still hasn’t even processed my profile or granted me access to the application. I completed the process and spent money to obtain work cards and while I know that doesn’t guarantee me work the fact that they can’t even process my account after requesting me to apply and spend money to get work cards is disingenuous. Will be reporting my concern to the union as well. ### 1/5 — Can’t upload sign-in sheets *2025-04-07* Can’t upload shift sign in sheets to app now. I click it and it just closes the prompt out. Both library upload and camera photo upload does same bug.
