Knowing we are on the side of the freeway in all climates and all times a day and they want us to keep taking more spending more time on the of getting hurt. We need to stop updating this app, plain and simple. We shouldn’t have to take 1 million different pictures just to complete a call. They cost out for tire service. We changed the tire simple as that. ### 3/5 — Photos need to be able to be reviewed after photo is uploaded *2026-07-08, version 2.10.3* App seems ok to use wish I could open photos to get tag numbers off the pic instead of walking back to unit it get that info. Or ask me to update when no update. We’re boots on the ground and make GY the money. Get ya heads out your a** ### 1/5 — They don’t think about our safety! *2025-09-17, version 2.9.3* They want you to take more pictures than ever while standing on the side of an interstate highway as traffic moves at 80 mph. Now they want you to check air pressure and tread depths on all tires, I just want to get the tire changed and get off the highway. Every picture, enroute, arrived button you push you get the wheel of death. Then if you don’t have the right info you have to wait at least 20 minutes with the chat or phone call. Please just make it simple, we are tire techs not computer programmers ### 1/5 — Terrible *2025-08-02, version 2.9.2* First things first, there are way too many menu screens that we use for how little service we get. 9/10 times we are using this app in Amazon yards or yards where there are Warehouses which limits our service even more. Secondly, whoever decided that we needed to change how pictures get uploaded, why? Everything worked good before. Third, we need to be able to update the type of service we did. Having New Legend and Amazon using TPMS sensors and ATIS sensors we should be able to say we simply replaced a sensor, otherwise we end up saying “No Work Performed” or “Service Not Required” Fourth, I highly suggest going from store to store and asking techs/service managers what they think should be on the app. Maybe do a survey of some sort ### 1/5 — STOP UPDATING!!!! *2025-05-29, version 2.9.1* Every single update you guys put out, its more and more menus to load through, which is super unnecessary considering it was fine before. A majority of the time this app is being used, its in a place with very little or bad service, so adding more and more screens to load through is stupid, and just makes things take way longer than they have to. When will you put out an update thats good for the techs using it??? Whoever is in charge of this app should be fired immediately. They obviously have no idea what its like to use this app especially on the side of the road or in a remote area with no signal. ### 1/5 — Who is managing this app? *2025-04-25, version 2.8.9* The non stop updates at the wrong times like during after hours, continuously missing calls/ failing to accept calls because of the LAST MINUTE UPDATES and lack of response time in the long and endless buffering to accept the call, also uploading pictures takes so long, and especially when you try to close out the call, at times it will pop up an error to call FHQ because it fails to close out. Now for this recent update makes it even worse, separating a whole list to upload pics via chat to dividing it to different categories making loading times more rough for the techs, not sure who is updating this app, but they need to reorganize this app to the service tech needs - more errors to come if not resolved. ### 1/5 — Terrible updates *2025-04-23, version 2.8.9* Worst updates ive ever seen over and over. Just keep it how it was, simple. Adding all these extra steps doesnt benefit anyone.
