However, when I tried to withdraw my winnings, I was not allowed to withdraw the funds unless I placed another wager first. This requirement was not clear to me when I accepted the promotion. I feel the terms and conditions should be explained more transparently so customers understand exactly what is required before winnings can be withdrawn.
