Also, I could print out the whole thing. Both of those are sadly lacking with this. I'm surprised that no one else has requested both of those improvements. Come on Google, get with it! Also, the three-bar icon to see the list of all tasks has gone away. This is what happens when you have a UX team who gets free pedicures but doesn't actually use the app in real life.... ### 2/5 — Mixes up my tasks every day *2026-08-21, version 26.33.0* It’s a god app but every time my tasks reset it mixes up the order even though I’m on my order. It’s become an important personal reference system. After switching from Android to iPhone about a year ago, I’ve been extremely frustrated by how limited the iOS version is compared with Android. And now, in the latest update, a particularly useful feature appears to have been removed: the drop-down menu in the upper-left corner that let you quickly see and select from all your lists. With dozens of lists, having to scroll horizontally through them is significantly slower and more cumbersome. I genuinely don’t understand why such a basic and useful feature would be removed. Please bring it back—and please give the iOS version the same functionality as Android. Longtime users like me depend on this app, and it’s frustrating to see it become less useful over time. The rectangle one isn’t as bad. 2) The UI is bad, old looking, lacks modern appeal. 3) No badge support so you don’t know what’s due unless you use the widget or open the app. It goes in the Notification Center and that’s it. 4) No logic for entry; “Do the laundry at 6 PM on Monday” will literally just write that out instead of adding those times. 5) No voice integration with Siri like Microsoft ToDo and other Reminder/Tasks apps. 6) No meaningful updates. It’s in maintenance mode. Look at the history and you’ll see nothing substantial for years! ### 1/5 — Almost useless *2026-07-26, version 26.29.0* Despite this being part of the Google ecosystem just like Google’s other mishap (Keep) it is not a useful tool. You can add some tasks and that’s it. It has Calendar integration (not required tbh). But it doesn’t have any share functionality and I’m not talking about corporate integration but rather if you want to have a shared grocery list with your spouse then you’re screwed. Todoist is better but the paid plan is too expensive for a family organizer.
