## What is Goolazo?

Train to a plan, not to a mood.

Goolazo puts everything a footballer needs in one app: a weekly plan, technique work, fitness, recovery, psychology, gym and a nutrition diary. Every session counts, raises your level and moves you up your league.

Carlos, your AI coach

Carlos is an AI coach: his answers are written by a language model, not by a live person. Ask what to work on this week, how to prepare for a match, why your weak foot will not come. Carlos takes into account your position, age, level and training history, so the answers are about you, not generic advice. Before your first message the app asks for your consent to send data to the model.

A weekly plan that moves with you

The plan is built around your position, level and the days you actually have. Completed sessions push your progress, and missed ones are taken into account when the plan rebuilds.

Six training modules

Field: ball work and game drills. Technique: drills for striking, first touch, dribbling and the weak foot. Fitness: speed, explosive power and endurance on a timer. Recovery: stretching, rolling, injury prevention. Psychology: confidence, match preparation and handling pressure with Mateus, the AI coach for the mental game. Gym: strength programmes built for football.

Nutrition: fuel for training

A food diary with 554 foods and dishes covering Slavic, Spanish, Latin American, Middle Eastern and Asian cuisines. Search understands three languages and latin spelling: type "grechka" and buckwheat comes up. The app tracks your daily energy and protein and raises the target by itself on a pitch or gym day. On Elite you just photograph the plate.

The only goals are gaining and holding shape, and every figure is an estimate, not medical advice.

Leagues, challenges and streaks

Every week you join a league with players at your level. Challenges attack your weak spots, streaks hold the habit, and the leaderboard shows where you stand.

Invites and videos

Invite teammates with your link and see who is already training. Film a video mentioning Goolazo and send the link for review: ten thousand views is a month of Pro. Invitation rewards, the monthly draw and the video programme follow the rules in section 5 of the Terms of Service.

Plans

Technique is free. Starter adds recovery, fitness and the nutrition diary. Pro opens field training, psychology, challenges and nutrition targets. Elite adds the gym and food recognition from a photo. Coach messages per day: 5 on the free plan, 10 on Starter, 25 on Pro, 50 on Elite. Monthly and annual subscriptions are purchased inside the app.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple ID account settings under Subscriptions.
