App is not usable. tried multiple times to change my password but the button simply does not work and the app crashes/freezes. Terrible experience.

App doesn’t work. It’s frozen in the screen every time I open it. I have deleted it and downloaded it multiple times.  Bummer. I would use it if I could open the app. Don’t want to go to my computer.

I signed up yesterday and today I can get on the app but not online with the same credentials. Audio is not working on the app and the resolution is terrible.
