There should be a 2 or 3 maximum limit to purchase the hats on Fridays Drops so each fan of the hats has a chance and opportunity to purchase a “NEW FRIDAY DROP” GOORIN BROTHERS FARM SERIES Hats‼️Love the hats, but not the promotional way to sell the New Friday Drops!! ### 1/5 — App not working *2024-11-05, version 6.0* App was working about a month ago now it doesn’t load just a black screen fix it please don’t want to miss the drops ### 1/5 — Bad app - BAD shipping (DHL) *2024-10-25, version 6.0* You guys have got to ditch your distributor. Free shipping through DHL now takes well over a week with no updates. Pay extra for two day shipping through FedEx and it still takes five days to process and receive after you start shipping on the following Monday. Love the hats got a huge collection, but I think I just bought my last one today when I realized I still haven’t received my last hat from a week ago and paid for expedited shipping! Also fix the app it’s still super laggy. You don’t need the videos or the flashes at the beginning and stop using Shopify. ### 2/5 — Crashes a lot *2024-10-14, version 6.0* The app is the hardest app to open on my phone. It fails to open often. All I get is a blank screen, maybe sometimes it says “feed and in stock” but I can’t click on anything. By the time it loads on special drops they are usually sold out or I can’t even view them anymore. I used to buy a lot of Goorin hats but the app being the only place and way to buy them now has made my purchasing drop way off. ### 1/5 — Rubbish *2024-01-23* Tried buying from the app 5 times and it cancelled all the purchases. The old app was way better. ### 1/5 — Use a CDN... images don't even load *2023-10-04, version 4.3* Literally the only thing the app needs to do is show a gallery of images of hats which are just static assets and notify when drops happen. The images never load. Idk what the issue is, but that shouldn't be a technical challenge now days. Just drop them in a bucket and throw a cdn in front of it. People should be able to load images quickly from most places in the world. Simplify the app. No one cares about how fancy your UI looks. It's 2023, people are over animations and crazy effects. Just make something functional, that is easy to use and also easy for you to maintain. It will be good for your business and also remove all these bad reviews. ### 2/5 — Can’t change shipping address?? *2023-06-25, version 3.6* So I accidentally purchased a hat to ship to my job because the app decided to auto fill my job’s address even tho I have NEVER shipped to my job (I guess cause I made the order there) but I have always ordered Friday drops at my job and they always ship to my home address. I quickly sped through the process of purchasing because I thought it would send it to where I have been sending it for the last 10+ hats I’ve ordered but I guess not. The problem is they say they won’t allow you to change the address even if right after you’ve ordered, I think this should be changed and it should also not be autofilling random addresses into your phone, I don’t know if that’s a glitch or not but it’s very annoying. The app is already a glitchy mess with everything else so I guess just add this problem on to the many. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — I love Goorin hats … but their app stinks *2025-08-31, version 7.4* There is basically nothing good about this app. I get a text for a Friday Drop, the link doesn’t open my app - it takes me to the App Store, and I have to open the app from there. There’s no record of my purchases, and the app is exceptionally hard to navigate. Killed app. Repeat. Repeat. Delete. Download. Repeat. I have latest phone, latest operating system. Husband has exact same phone but he downloaded app for the first time and no issues whatsoever. If I could get the Friday drops any other way, I would, but I’m dependent on the app. Please fix!!! ### 1/5 — Does it really have to be that hard *2024-11-13, version 6.0* This app the way u did it I guess in your mind it’s so advanced but as the consumer it’s really trash. You can’t find your way around your app at all. I’m sure the only one that really knows how to use the mobile app is the person that made it smh. I bought one of your hats for the first time about 2 years ago. Instantly fell in love. You can definitely tell a lot of blood and sweat go into making these hats. All I wear now is Goorin trucker and winter caps. I try to buy fresh Friday drop every week. I display my Goorin hats in a clear case and have LED lights to show the hats off. Thank you Goorin Team for your hard word making these hats. I contact Goorin on chat a lot with many questions. They respond quickly and have a lot of knowledge. Happy New Year.
