The app did not function correctly — it glitched and froze as soon as I tried to use it. I uninstalled it the same day and requested a refund, but it was denied even though I never received any working service. This feels misleading and unfair. If the developer advertises a free trial, it should actually be free and functional. I do not recommend downloading until this issue is fixed or refunds are honored.
