This is serious. Also, I recommend an online website as it is more reliable than making transactions on the app. ### 1/5 — Horrible! *2025-11-14, version 6.0.2* It is very easy to make your payment and buy insurance on the app but it’s horrible when you make a claim and goose is not helpful at all! Customers service emailed me back to contact the insurance company directly about claim instructions and said he called me earlier while there is no calls from them at all on my end. The actual phone number for the insurance company did not pick up my 4 calls! I just want refund and to cancel the rest of my plan. Going back to my old insurance company is far more efficient than wasting my time with Goose. ### 1/5 — Crooks and cheats *2025-07-31, version 5.9.0* This insurance broker picks the worst service providers and then pawns you off saying the claims are not their problems. They make buying the policy easy but to get any claims processed its a nightmare. Save you money and just pay out of pocket if you have issue. Do not bother to buy from these crooks. Had Covid insurance, travel insurance and trip interruption. I almost died of Covid they would not help me find a place to go when having to check out of Airbnb was not even helped to get medical emergency help had any trip interruption paid or had any of my flights or anything else covered . They wouldn’t covered my damaged or lost items either after loosing even my passport card when robbed . Do not use them at all. Fraud and scammers. Feel free to contact the Califonia Insurnace department and report them if they also did this to you or your local General Attorney for your state. They would be removed as an Insurnace completely . Looks very unnecessary and high risk for identity theft.
