Vůbec není šance koupit exponované lístky, protože servery vždy nezvládnou. Systém i aplikace neustále hlásí "předprodej ještě není spuštěn". Když se servery vzpamatují, už je vše vyprodáno. Na jednu stranu je to super appka, ale to jen, když všechno funguje, jak má. Bohužel však často dochází k tomu, že se nezobrazují zakoupené vstupenky. Pokud to máte jako já, že máte registraci přes anonymní mail zkrze icloud, tak jste v …. protože to není schopno vám je alespoň přeposílat na pravý mail, i když to tak máte nastaveno. ### 4/5 — Platba Benefit plus body *2023-11-04, version 5.0.11* Dobrý den, ráda bych se zeptala, proč není možné přes aplikaci uhradit částku Benefit plus body a musím tak učinit skrze webové stránky? Sad ### 1/5 — přehled vstupenek *2023-09-01, version 5.0.4* Po aktualizaci jsou s aplikací pořád nějaké problémy. Pri otevření se sama vypínala a již nějakou dobu nejdou zobrazit aktuální zakoupené vstupenky (ani po další aktualizaci). Některé staré tam taky nejsou. Potom ztrácí na smyslu tu aplikaci vůbec mít…Dale nejdou použit sodexo body apod. ve webové verzi toto normálně funguje. My saved events disappeared, the search tool is totally useless. I don’t understand why they ruined a pretty good app. **Developer response:** Hi, we are sorry to hear about your experience. The app is still in the process of development, so more features and improvements are yet to come. We are now collecting feedback to improve our search even further so will be happy to hear what do you miss there. The issue about your saved events sounds peculiar, you can contact our customer support at info@goout.net with your details and we can look into it. Sometimes it might happen that users login with Facebook and later on use a different option like Google. This creates a different account unless linked. Musím ji vždy odinstalovat, abych je stihl na webu. It just throws me back to my home screen. Don't get me started on the fact that when I click on an event, a window opens with a different event (constantly) and i have to go back and click on the event AGAIN for it to open properly. Yesterday the app wasn't working at all for a while and was just a constant loading screen, no matter if it was the homepage or anything. I don't remember the last time I installed an app that was so horrible. I thought they stopped making those in 2014. Just pure horrible, doesn't work and is annoying every step of the way. They should really improve ESPECIALLY since they're selling tickets for events which is hectic anyway. The app should be at least running smoothly and not crashing like this. Tahle mi nepadá a konečně přes ni můžu koupit vstupenky i si uložit akce, na které se chystám. Nějaké funkce tam ještě chybí, ale ty doufám časem přibudou.
