Impossibly dull app. They have Telkomsell Wallet by GoPay, which is no way to top-up from your GoPay Saldo. Ok, go try to top-up it from Telkomsel app using GoPay method, they say? Nice try, but to approve transaction GoPay sends OTP code on WhatsApp, which I don’t have. I have Indonesian phone number, but don’t have WhatsApp on it. No option to get OTP code via SMS, only WhatsApp. Genius!

No customer service, Zero support. Only bots and we are wasting real
money. If something happens no one is accountable. You can’t control your autopay once it is set as you can’t find autopay instructions. This group is literally enjoying monopoly with no accountability. So I wish there was zero star option.

I cant actually link this app with my AU credit card. I can’t actually pay with this app. If you’re Oz looking to use this while in Indonesia, try DANA app. That seems to work.

As for the other features of the app. It’s a lot of bloat i don’t and never would need. The user interface is overwhelming. As with all these Asian “everything” apps, it tries to do way too many different things. They are painful to use. I really wish these developers would slim down their apps, or split it into different apps.

When we play so many games and I can’t claim not even one coin. What’s the point of playing the games and wasting our time? Can’t even fix small bugs? Even the customer care reply with JSON format. Fix the bugs before deploying into production environment.

### 1/5 — Bad app lure transfer from bca to telephone even that phone number has no GoPay account

1. GoPay ask you to include your payee’s number. 2. GoPay wants you to transfer to the GoPay account associate with that telephone number, as if that number owner has registered a GoPay account. 3. Then you found that number is only for WhatsApp, no GoPay account. 4. GoPay owns that money you transferred. Because no one can touch that money.

Top up gets failed often without any reasons, you don’t need id to top up but forced to verify identity to withdraw, what a fair trade.
