Where to begin…

Passwords don’t accept dashes (-) so the auto generated passwords on iPhone are useless. But wait! It errored out and the successfully registered.

Get in and try to add a ticket so click the ‘Create job ticket’ button and doesn’t do anything.

Try logging in on Android and get the same issue.

Can’t reset password through the app.

Overall a horribly designed app.
