Just gets stuck showing an infinite spinner. Extortionate pricing, poor service and zero accountability for issues. ### 1/5 — Website and app don’t work *2024-04-15* All of a sudden when I logged in today, the website tries to redirect you to the mobile app, and doesn’t give you the option to continue on the web. The mobile app just gives a black screen. Gophr is a great service I use all the time, but whoever is in charge of user experience needs fix up. However, I tasked a job within the app, and the service was brilliant and well priced. Courier was prompt upon collection and drop off.
