Absolutely no way to disable this GIANT glowing blue dot shining right into my eyes. I have no interest whatsoever in connecting this to Amazon, having it ‘always listening’ or whatever. But this stupid app goes blank when you say ‘no I don’t want to set up Alexa’. Horrible interface. Roland, what a terrible mistake.

What utter garbage. No effort has been put into this app as far as I can see. The Alexa function can’t be used on my piano because I can’t even log in to this app to connect my device. The piano is invisible to the main Alexa app. No issues logging into the Roland site by the way but it seems that the work experience student tasked with building this app didn’t return after lunch to finish it. As the other reviewer says what’s the point anyway when I’m already logged into Alexa and what’s the point of promoting the Alexa function when it can’t be used. Sort your game out Roland Corp. Very, very poor.

Go: piano tells me i must sign in to my Alexa account in the ‘companion app’. What does that mean? I am signed in to Alexa in the Alexa app. Alexa tells me it cannot find the go: piano on the Roland app but it is registered on the Roland app. What a waste of time!
