I recently decided to purchase the annual subscription to get more - which even that in the description is vague - but the app does not recognize my annual subscription. I have tried restoring purchase and description and nothing works. I don’t like airing dirty laundry but after their initial response to “restore” which I did and told them so in my first email - I have heard nothing back. I would either like the app to be updated and fixed or would like the annual subscription price refunded. Of course now I hear nothing back at all. I also asked for clarification of what you get more for the subscription and I can’t even get them to tell me that. As I said, it’s a great app but beware if you decide to subscribe.
