Unzuverlässiges Unternehmen, bin Besitzer einer Pizzeria aus Oberhausen. Viele Online Besteller denken, dass ihre online Zahlungen direkt auf Konto der Pizzerien geht. Ist leider nicht so. Es auf das Konto der Portal und Monatsende werden Provision von den Online Zahlungen abgezogen und ausgezahlt. Nach der Gründung von „gopizzago“ hat das mit uns Kontakt aufgenommen und es ist zu einem Zusammenarbeit gekommen. Am Anfang sind auf reichlich Bestellungen eingegangen. Obwohl wir Monatsabschluss Rechnungen mit Guthaben bekommen haben, wurde es trotz mehrfacher Abmahnung bis heute nicht ausgezahlt. Und für den Zeitraum vom April-Oktober. Seit November fertigen wir keine eingehende Bestellungen von diesem Unternehmen. Verträge gelten immer für beide Seiten.

Beim eingeben der Nummer sollte nach gegebenem +49 die Nummer ohne null genügen und nicht zu einer ungültigen Adresse führen. Genau so beim angeben der Postleitzahl. Wenn diese schon automatisch gesetzt wird, sollte diese auch richtig sein und nicht manuelle Nachbesserung erfordern.
Ich habe mittlerweile 15 Adressen in der Liste von denen nur 2 funktionieren, wegen den oben genannten Fehlern!

Wenn man abholen möchte und dies auch anklickt, tut das Programm bis zum Schluss so, als würde geliefert werden. Das verunsichert naklar, weil man ja nicht will dass einer losfährt. 
Erst ganz am Ende steht da dann wieder dass es Abholung ist, aber gut gemacht ist das nicht. 
Sollte auch einen Nachlass bei Abholung geben.

Bisher einige Male bestellt und per PayPal bezahlt. Klappt zuverlässig. Lieferzeiten + -10 Minuten auch eingehalten. Essen ist okay, schmeckt auch den Kindern.
Das Speisenangebot könnte noch etwas verbessert werden. Aber insgesamt vier Sterne.

Wenn bereits +49 voreingestellt ist, genügt normalerweise die Vorwahl ohne die null. Macht man dies, kommt eine Fehlermeldung und man muss die gesamte Adresse neu eingeben. Nervig und führt bestimmt oft zu Abbrüchen. 
Zudem wird nicht aufmerksam auf die gewünschte „Bezahlart“ hingewiesen. Passt man nicht auf kommt automatisch „Barzahlung“ und lässt sich nicht mehr ändern. Was nun, wenn ich kein Bargeld im Haus hab? Dringend nachbessern! Danke!

Trinkgeld und Gutscheine können nicht eingegeben werden, daher nur 3 Sterne.

Super App, unkompliziert und intuitiv. 2 Mängel sollten beseitigt werden: in der App kann man kein Trinkgeld hinzufügen und auch Gutscheine lassen sich im Bezahlvorgang nicht einlösen. Daher nur 4 Sterne, denn über die Internetseite sind diese Dinge möglich! Ansonsten die beste Alternative zu Lieferando! Top!
