For two customers it’s 3.50 why isn’t it 5? What a distasteful company. Completely getting over on drivers. Just continues to say can’t update at this time. Been like this for months and no help from support. I keeps giving an error message. ### 1/5 — Where do I start? *2026-07-14* After delivering for over a year I have complained about the low pay at least 2 dozen times $2.25 for 3 different deliveries 10 miles of driving “ one way” yet every time I’m told that they pay a fair wage. I get the same pre written response from support and told that my feedback will be forwarded to the appropriate department or I will get a response via email…. Not one reply has been received. No one can explain how that is considered a fair wage. Gopuff will know if the customers are tipping but they do t let you know until after you completed the deliveries that you’re not getting tipped. Because no sane person would accept 80% of the deliveries if we knew the tip amount. Then randomly you’ll get $7 for 2 deliveries that are 5 miles away. It makes no sense, I have never had a Penny added to my pay. I’m told” you were shown what the pay was prior to accepting, you accepted that pay… it’s only going to get worse. The absolute insanity is when they offer you additional drop offs with additional miles and they lower your pay by 1/4 of the amount… your first time you will think that they are adding that to the current amount you already accepted but oh no, they are indeed adding more work and decreasing the pay… corporate offices still gets there complimentary Starbucks everyday we will just lower driver pay to compensate for it… **Developer response:** We’re here to help. My only concern, is my store does not have a public restroom, so often times I need to find somewhere else, and depending on where I’m returning from, the app will kick me off.
