The issues with this app are that it freezes constantly and doesn’t calculate calories as it should, for example if you want to half the amount of something it still calculates the full amount of calories, I have been using my fitness pal for logging meals and speaking to my coach on here, the coach is amazing it’s just the app that let’s it down

Despite my many requests, tge tech team seems unable to get rid of a major flaw: a request to link the app with Bluetooth keeps popping up throughout the day at highly inconvenient times.

Fantastic idea to connect people with health coaches who can help them with their weight journeys. But the app is terrible. It’s laggy and buggy. The whole app freezes or shuts down when adding more than one or two ingredients at a time and so many of the ingredients/meals have the incorrect nutritional information. I have to use a second app to accurately track nutritional information.

Really struggling to use the app and lately it has got worse. I was asked to use the app by my doctor. Struggle most days to log my food. Really difficult to add a meal from scratch. Constantly restarting if you click off the app to check something which means you lose all the data you have tried to input. Please offer an update.
