Company as this big , they should do a better job at testing before releasing this app on App Store . I click it, I wait, then it makes my background disappear. It’s a piece of crap. You guys need to fix or get rid of it. Hardly works. ### 1/5 — Worst app ever.. *2019-06-10* Wish I could give it ZERO stars.. I use this app to try and figure out when my deliveries are going to show, because that changes with every delivery too, some days super early, most days super late.. but don’t trust the estimated delivery times, I’ve been tricked into coming into work hours early because the app says delivery scheduled for 8am whenever it really shows up at 1:30pm.. waste of time, and waste of an app.. **Developer response:** Mike, we apologize that you have had to go to work early for a delivery that arrived later than what the app reported. Feedback like this has helped us better understand and improve the delivery reporting feature. It is still faster to use pick/click at this point, but it is a step in the right direction. ### 4/5 — Useful. Better than a few years ago. *2024-09-18* Very useful for my small business. My only, (and kind of a big) complaint is that you have to use specific item names to get search results. Searching for products gets very frustrating if you haven’t ordered them before or are looking for a new product. A couple positive aspects: your in-store purchase items (separate tab) are accessible so you can reference that list.
