No photography. Functionality however is very limiting. There is only one standard preset for each shooting mode. If start shooting with custom preset using camera buttons, then can not stop it with remote. There is no manual and I could not figure out all tricks and may be missing something. I can turn camera off with Watch, but turning on is not always work. However, if camera is on, reconnecting is not a problem. Anyway, it is better than nothing. Hooray! Only thing is when you press record on your watch it reverts video mode to Standard Mode when I have 4K as my default video option. Fix this and it will be great. I purchased this app only for the Apple Watch and it works 1/5 times if lucky. And also it does not show a live feed at all just a button to record which is useless. Even the main iPhone app shows no video previews just a massive 11 pro max screen with a single record button and as you may know the GoPro app is exactly that except you can change settings/ see a live feed and also it actually works every time. LAME ### 1/5 — Ne pas acheter !!! *2022-11-29* Ma gopro 10 s’est rapidement connecté à l’application via l’appli iphone 13 et apple watch SE. Et j’ai réussi à lancer quelques vidéos. Par contre je n’ai pas le menu photo comme sur les images de présentation. Ça passe directement du mode vidéo à burst (rafale) dans la liste. Or, c’était surtout pour prendre des photos à distance que je voulais une appli sur ma watch… Et en quelques minutes de test j’ai eu pas mal déconnexions et de bugs divers lors des changements de menus et lancement d’actions. Dommage car le look minimaliste me plaisait bien. Mais en l’état elle n’est pas utilisable. Et le lien d’assistance renvoi vers un site russe qui n’a rien à voir. Great app for 3 bucks. ### 5/5 — Phone App Works but Watch Doesn't *2021-02-23* I am on an iPhone X ios 14.3, Apple Watch Series 3 (WatchOS 7.3), and Hero 5 Black. I tried three different Hero firmware (1.5, 2.51, and 2.7), but the watch can't connect to the camera. The only useful feature of the app is the watch capablity which is not working. I understand the developer is too small to update the app every GoPro firmware realease, but I think it should be documented which GoPro firmware is supported before buying this app. UPDATE: You need to select Conenct to GoPro App on the GoPro itself in order to connect to GoRemo, do not select Bluetooth Device. Worked on GoPro Hero 2.51 firmware. Did not test on the latest release of 2.7. I also noticed issues with connection if I try connecting the GoPro app and the GoRemo app at the same time. ### 5/5 — Apple Watch Support Crashes *2021-01-25* I only bought this app just now for the ability to place highlight markers right from my wrist. So I would have to get in the way or shake the camera. Please fix this (iPhone 7plus, Apple Watch Series 5, GoPro Hero7 Black) then I will be returning to redo my review. Till then, I’ve wasted my money. Update: he’s right it did fix the issue. Very pleased with the developers work ethic. Funktioniert mit meiner Hero8 perfekt.
