Swirling circle *2026-04-09, version 3.8.0* Apps not working. ### 4/5 — Update issues *2025-11-22, version 3.6.1* Updates to the app where you have to go to the AppStore gets stuck in a loop more often than it should. Changing the update process would be helpful. Everything else about the app works great! ### 3/5 — Ridiculous load time *2024-05-04, version 2.28.1* App functionality is great, but since the most recent update the app literally takes over 60 seconds to complete the login process. ### 2/5 — It seems that this application lacks a user-friendly interface. *2024-03-23, version 2.28.1* So I just started investing money from my work salary and when I got to the home page for the second time I was prompted to update to new version which I had. To no avail I deleted the app and installed it all over again as if new. ow I cant log in and when I try getting help of course no help on the weekends when most people are off. I begin getting feelings of being scammed. So I requested my username and password to get sent to me by using my very personal information social security and date of birth. I got prompted that I would receive my username and password to my email. Never got it. Now I feel scared. I tried this sequence about 4 times. No success. Not getting good vibes from this app at all. Now I have to wait 48 hours to get help. ### 4/5 — *Face ID Solution Here* *2021-08-28* If you’re Face ID doesn’t prompt, I figured out the solution: Reset Location and Privacy: Settings | General | Reset | Reset Location and Privacy. Open app, the Face ID icon will NOW be there (it was never there before). Type username/password | Login. The app will NOW prompt to use FaceID. When you renter app the second time, the iPhone will also NOW prompt to use FaceID. After that, FaceID will work normally. The issue is with the app. The app unnecessarily requests permission for Face ID (which is why the iPhone asks on the second login) BEFORE it will allow iPhone to prompt for Face ID. If the app never prompts, the iPhone will never prompt nor ever have Face ID as an option in the iPhone settings. **Developer response:** I am sorry you are having trouble with using FaceID with our application. Our application is coded to support FaceID and TouchID, so if something is not working we'd like to get that corrected. If you can send an email to isalisbury@epicrps.com, I would like to personally work with you in understanding why it doesn't work in your situation. ### 1/5 — Works 30-40% of the time *2021-07-25, version 2.17.3* Worst app ever. At least once every 15-20 uses, it won’t accept login info, then it gives you a 404 error message when you ask for a password reset. Says to login than set it up but it never offers. Than after I explain I work in IT and the app has to offer it they tell me it must be because we want you to be more secure and type in your password every time. It just sits there on the login screen. The representative was patronizing and dismissive, and made comments about my speech instead of focusing on resolving the issue. Logged in and it forced an update that is worse than prior version. Used to take you to account landing page but now it's just a plain page with drop down.
