Logs out and disconnect all the time, it’s always throwing app codes of problems and issues .

100% would not ever use again or recommend. App has connectivity issues always slow, fails to log location or ping location. I have received numerous ELD violations and gorilla refuses to fix there issues all they do is recommend an update that doesn’t solve the problem.

Constant app issues, product updates are not resolving the issues addressed by the FMCSA Inspectors such as, location pinging, location logging, proper mileage display, proper formats for downloading to DOT Inspectors, not alerting users to logbook failures while in motion, random change of duty status without warning and the list goes on. Gorilla has failed to correct said issues and the ongoing cases have been documented with the FMCSA.

Good service,good customer service, but have a problem with the splits they understand the rules different than drivers.

Changing driver status, the app remains stocked at one of the prev locations even 5-600 mi away. Closing the app, and the phone several times, still won’t show curent location. I deleted the app and reinstalled, will see now, will be back with updated review. Other than this it is a nice app, wish to have more things displayed when in motions, since you can not touch the screen.
