I like that it integrates Tribe Reading, you can see the whole weeks workouts, and they include a suggested cool down. However, BTWB layout seems surperior in many ways. No need to enter reps and weights for each movement (just put in the Rx), you can’t enter your time unless you hit the start button, but you can’t pause the workout or lock out your apple watch when using this timer?
