There should be way the solicitor can make it available to the client again so minor amendments can be made. These needs to be sorted out otherwise it’s back to paper forms. ### 1/5 — Pain *2026-03-06* We started the process in September and it took a very impressive seven months to finally receive the keys to my flat. The first two months were actually going quite well, which gave me the false hope that things might run smoothly. Unfortunately, after my solicitor was changed, the process slowed down dramatically. From that point onward, progress seemed to depend entirely on how often I chased for updates, usually together with my move-in manager. Communication was poor and responses were slow, which meant a lot of unnecessary frustration during what is already a stressful process. At one point I even had to email the CEO just to get things moving again, which isn’t something you expect to do when paying for professional conveyancing services. In the end, I did get my flat, so the job was eventually completed. However, the journey there was far more difficult than it needed to be, and based on my experience I wouldn’t choose to go through the same process again. ### 2/5 — Poorr service *2026-02-06* When it’s good to have signed files scanned by the app. This just isn’t the firm when any Vietnamese/Korean/thai person is involved. Seemed so slow to answer attachments . ### 1/5 — Slowest Service *2025-09-12* I received very poor service from this firm. Communication was very slow, and I didn’t feel properly supported or informed throughout the process. I would not recommend them.you have to catch up with them every single week your self.they don’t reply to messages sent in app. ### 1/5 — App is full of bugs *2025-08-12* Not great, I can’t use the app for all answers due to format and functional issues ### 1/5 — Poor *2025-05-27* Seems like a way for them to automatically send a bunch of passive aggressive letters, questionnaires and avoid any actual work or contact. ### 1/5 — It might not be too late for you *2025-05-20* If you still have the option not to use Gorvins, please believe me when I say you're better off with any other conveyancer. On the app specifically: The idea of keeping all the process documents in one place is good. Having to tap back and forward a million times between different documents, half of which have the same name, is bad. It's just impossible to find what you need, I think I will have to manually export every doc to a Google drive folder, it's driving me nuts. ### 2/5 — Good idea badly executed *2025-03-10, version 2.16.0* The idea of keeping all the process documents in one place is good. Questions and tasks easily laid out rather than a massive long form to fill in or tons of paperwork. Uploading documents is super quick.
