This device was a complete waste of money. Don’t go cheap. Get the real deal. Please don’t fall into the same trap that I fell into. Please do not buy.

Well so far, I have spent way too many hours trying to reset this. The initial set up went smoothly, only lasted about 12 hours. Now every time I logon it tells me to the network timed out, and I can’t even get into see anything. Horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible did I mention horrible

Just went offline. Replace batteries all the time. Now can’t get back into account or set up new one so you can’t use the video function at all! Door bell works intermittently. Horrible!!!

Las versiones anteriores sí permitían agregar los dispositivos, esta nueva versión no permite terminar el proceso se queda en la pantalla aun y cuando el dispositivo ya se escuchó que está conectado. Al no agregar Wifi Station ya no deja agregar el doorbell. Ahora no funciona mi dispositivo por las actualizaciones a la app.

Stay away! No customer support! Paid for a yearly cloud subscription and video no longer records when camera is triggered. Have no idea how to reach customer support. Website has all foreign contact info. Ripoff.
