Screen locks up! **Developer response:** We're very sorry about that. We just addressed the issue and it should be working now. Again, we're very sorry for the inconvenience. ### 1/5 — App broken *2018-10-05* Latest version of your app is broken. On startup it says there in a new version in a pop up that cannot be dismissed. App is current. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, same thing. So the app as it stands is unusable. You might as well remove it from the App Store. **Developer response:** We're very sorry about that. We just addressed the issue and it should be working now. Again, we're very sorry for the inconvenience. ### 1/5 — What a Joke!!!! *2018-09-26* Had a pick up scheduled for 7:30am and got a call at 7:40 from the driver that he would be another 20 minutes. He arrived at 8:10 causing me to miss my flight. The driver told me that our original driver cancelled and he didn’t get the call until 7:35. Dispatch should have called so I could have grabbed a Lyft or Uber that was $40 cheaper and I could have made my flight! Customer service in the Philippines/ Pakistan or wherever was useless as well! Oh yeah....The driver drives for Lyft an Uber as well Never again, This Service is a JOKE!!!! ### 1/5 — Terrible *2018-09-11* I tried to use Go Sedan for the first time. Gave them my flight number to pick me up at the airport. No one at baggage claim. When I called to inquire when the car would arrive I was told I would have to wait an hour for my driver. What??!! With all of the competition out there, this company will not survive. I canceled the ride and got one elsewhere. They also precharged my American Express a day before the reservation. I am obviously disputing this charge and not paying. ### 1/5 — Terrible company, go with another choice *2018-09-03* I had a miserable experience with GoSedan. My driver was not yet at the airport when I landed, so I was assigned a new driver. I had to go through a dispatch service for all of this, so each piece of information came to me in the form of a new phone call after several minutes. After waiting for the driver outside for several minutes while I could see he had not moved on the map—he already should have been present, they had my flight info!—I requested to cancel so I could just take a cab. I was told I could not cancel unless I forfeited the full fare INCLUDING TIP! I will never make the mistake of using this place again, you should take your business elsewhere. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — DO NOT USE THIS *2026-01-31* God forbid your flight or luggage is delayed. They do not pay attention to the pick up time you set, just the flight number when its supposed to land. I purposely set my pick up time for 30 mins after landing but my luggage was delayed by 30 mins. They said they will not wait an hour past the moment your flight lands, which left me stranded with my service dog and 3 huge bags. Even though my pick up time was only having them wait for 25 mins. they still charged me though. ZERO stars if I could. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE THEY WILL NOT WORK WITH YOU AT ALL. ### 1/5 — Waste of time *2023-07-11* This app is pointless lol ### 1/5 — Horrible service - DO NOT USE *2021-06-26* Booked my car days in advance, they cancelled while my flight was in the air and didn’t re-book. Left me stranded at the airport at midnight with no transport. I’ll never use them again. ### 1/5 — This is the worst- AVOID *2021-04-07* This is the most poor excuse for a car service I have ever encountered in decades of traveling- including going to third world countries. The app has not been redesigned for notch screens so it takes 15 stabs to get it to work. ### 1/5 — AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Total scam *2019-12-24* I would give this 0 stars if I could. Driver was not there when we arrived, and when we called to check location he was on there other side of town. We tried calling customer service and after being disconnect many times. We finally got through to an operator only through the new reservations option, of course that option works. Finally a new driver was assigned but he had none of our information, leading to even longer waits as we where trying to find each other. Total scam! Just say, no sedan! ### 1/5 — Beyond HORRIBLE *2019-12-01* Not organized, horrible customer service, no show ride after already paid for, zero follow up. Do NOT use them! ### 1/5 — Amateurs *2019-11-18* Arrive at LAX only to be told a half hour after my flight landed there was no driver. This is after being in touch with Custer service for 10 min. Ha... They had flight number and all, booked a day ahead. Joke of a company. I ended up just getting an Uber. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE GUYS. Bunch a amateurs ### 1/5 — Avoid at all costs *2018-11-24* I had an early morning flight and so my pick up was for 3:15a. The dispatch called me at 3:12 saying my driver wasn’t coming and nobody else could come for at least two hours. He told me to find another way to the airport and hung up. Driver was communicative and got us home as quickly as possible. ### 5/5 — satisfying experience *2017-09-08* If you want to feel special and well taken care of, you should try gosedan. My Manager and I tried their services going to the airport and we were both fully satisfied. The driver called us before our pick up time to confirm our reservation and he even helped us with our luggages.
