My driver also dropped and was reassigned the morning-of leaving me uncertain if the job would be complete. Luckily it was picked up again and I had a seamless experience once the driver started the job. ### 3/5 — Great idea but poor customer service *2026-05-05, version 2.9.8* The concept is great and the service is reliable but if you need to contact customer service to make an adjustment…it will be impossible. However, I rate the delivery person Christopher five stars. The platform is very easy to use, and the booking process was quick and straightforward. I was able to find a driver on short notice, and everything was handled professionally. The driver arrived on time, was polite, and took great care of my cargo. Delivery was completed smoothly, and all items arrived in perfect condition. Communication throughout the process was clear and efficient. GoShare is a reliable and convenient service, especially when you need fast and dependable transportation. Both men helped me with very heavy boxes for an outside Fire Table on my patio. (They did not allow me to "help") Not only was it executed perfectly, but it was done so fast & well. HIGHLY recommend this company... PS I found out about them from Costco. They vetted this company & recommends them for transport of large, heavy items that Costco does not ship. ### 5/5 — Costco Delivery *2026-03-22, version 2.9.3* Stopped at Costco to look at TV’s they had an 85” Samsung in store for $400 less than online (Costco Direct). A store associate recommended GoShare- it wouldn’t fit in my Jeep. I signed up and ordered service just like I would for Uber. Jeremy showed up right on time, a Costco associate helped load his truck, and he delivered it downstairs to my basement for $77- I saved $325 and got it right away! ### 5/5 — The King *2026-03-21, version 2.9.3* He’s not called the king for nothing! Terrible for the drivers. Terrible for me. I booked a time. The company texted me and said no one accepted and proposed a later time. I said sure go ahead. The original group showed up with the piece. I had to leave my groceries in Costco. Run home because it was raining. And let them in. Then the late group was obviously mad. And the company charged me a $60 fee. Run from them. ### 1/5 — Used to be decent, slowly became horrrible *2026-07-09, version 2.9.10* In an economy where everything gets more expensive by the month, especially gas & diesel, they have not raised their rate of pay since before the pandemic. It has absolutely become a company that reward idiots and punishes professionals. They care nothing about their workers even those who have completed hundreds and hundreds of projects. Support is terrible. Their whole way of doing business has become terrible. I don’t know anybody who worked with Goshare for long without losing respect for them. Try them out and you’ll hustle and do a great job and next thing you know they’re charging you more than they paid because somebody else made a mistake. But when a customer or a helper is 2 hours late for a noon start and now it’s 2:30, that’s your problem and they are no help. They expect their workers to work for scraps and say thank you, then they take the scraps away. Had potential in years past but has completely gone off the rails. ### 1/5 — No show and charged? *2026-07-02, version 2.9.10* My guy accepted, didn’t show for 45 minutes. I called multiple times. Cancelled, and then I’m charged a $25 fee? For waiting 45 minutes for a no show? Customer support link does not work. Never Again! ### 1/5 — RIP OFF *2026-07-02, version 2.9.10* Booked and cancelled 5 minutes later. They charged me $20 and $25. Will NEVER USE THIS RIP OFF COMPANY!!! ### 1/5 — The worst *2026-05-03, version 2.9.8* Bought the couch at 3pm, same time I set it up to be delivered. It’s now 7:30pm and no update. I’ll never use this service again. The mover showed up at the pickup location late Tuesday night and when I wasn’t there or available by phone, GoShare charged me a no-show fine on top of the fee I already paid. I haven’t been able to get anyone to reply to my emails to get my money back.
