I should receive my benefit a month earlier. I couldn’t due to their employee giving me the wrong info. Complaint ignored 2 weeks then they say benefit comes next month of application. Then I reraise then 2 weeks they say the same. Clearly no one is reading the complaint properly or reviewing the videos of their employee virtual chat to see I have the right.
