Assalamualaikum, Apple Watch! goSolat is now on Apple Watch. Prayer times on your wrist See the current prayer, time remaining, today's prayer schedule and each prayer time. Check in a prayer from your wrist, or add goSolat to your watch face for prayer times, fasting, the Hijri date, dhikr, countdowns and more. Calm: breathe with dhikr Breathe in, then recite a dhikr on each out-breath for 1, 3 or 5 minutes. Choose tasbih, istighfar, tawakkal or shukr. Every dhikr counts towards today's total. Calm runs on Apple Watch and iPhone, and is now a Focus Ibadah challenge. Count rakaat on your wrist Start the rakaat counter on your iPhone and continue on your watch. Enable Count on Watch to keep your iPhone screen completely dark, useful when praying in jemaah. You can also start directly on your watch. Tap the screen or turn the Digital Crown to count. Swipe right to save or discard, just like the Workout app. Saved counts go into your prayer log. Your heart rate, after prayer Enable Note After Prayer on your watch to see how your heart rate changes from the start to the end of a prayer or Calm session. The same information appears on your iPhone after saving a prayer. A weekly card on the You tab shows your usual changes. It's information, not a score, and stays private to you. This feature is off until you enable it. Listen and find qibla on your watch When Quran or a tape plays on your iPhone, control playback from your watch with play, pause, next and previous. The qibla compass is also available on Apple Watch through the Track page or a watch face shortcut. Jumu'ah or Dhuhr on Friday Men can now record Friday's midday prayer as Jumu'ah or Dhuhr, including when travelling, combining prayers, unwell or when a khutbah was missed. You can change the entry later in your prayer log. A more reliable qibla compass Use qibla without location access if you've selected a zone in Malaysia, Brunei or Singapore. The compass waits for a valid reading before guiding you, displays the distance to the Kaaba and recovers automatically from compass errors. Clearer fasting and qada fasts See the time remaining on an active fast. It ends automatically at Maghrib. Fasting debt is now labelled Qada Fasts, with the number remaining, a simple progress bar and your pace, without streaks. Share a countdown Share any countdown as an image in story or square format, using your own photo or selected theme. Also - A tasbih counter on Apple Watch. - New Lock Screen widgets for Tahajjud night and today's habits. - An easier-to-read schedule widget. - Ramadan times renamed to fasting times, for any fast. - Heart rate and rakaat counts included in iCloud backups. - Record the same sunnah more than once a day. - Mark a Quran page as read by tapping the check at the end of the page in Khatam. - The dhikr counter opens to morning or evening dhikr based on the time of day. - A more reliable Friday reminder, with Minbar opening to your local khutbah first.
