Account frozen for 2 months with no resolution

Absolutely unacceptable experience. My business account has been frozen for over 2 months without any explanation or timeline for resolution. I’ve contacted support multiple times and only received generic replies saying “we’re looking into it.”

This has caused serious damage to my business — I can’t access my funds, pay suppliers, or operate normally. They are holding over £1,000 and doing nothing to resolve the issue.

Avoid this app and service at all costs. Not trustworthy, not transparent, and zero accountability.

Stay as far away as possible I am now filing a complaint with the financial ombudsman they have held my money since November 2024 without an explanation and I have asked them to release my money and they continue to ignore me. 
Do not bank with this bank I repeat.

They have no Communication they keep holding my payment asking me for additional information which i give them the information it takes them a whole week to get back to me how can I run my business when they hold my money I email them no response they had my payment on hold for 5 days and I don’t even know how to get my bank statement really bad company

this app is just a pile of crab.  Can’t sign if after creating an account.  Keep giving “session not verified” error.   How can a banking app make such stupid basic mistake?  Definitely dont use this app
