Account frozen for 2 months with no resolution
Absolutely unacceptable experience. My business account has been frozen for over 2 months without any explanation or timeline for resolution. I’ve contacted support multiple times and only received generic replies saying “we’re looking into it.”
This has caused serious damage to my business — I can’t access my funds, pay suppliers, or operate normally. They are holding over £1,000 and doing nothing to resolve the issue.
Avoid this app and service at all costs. Not trustworthy, not transparent, and zero accountability.

This is a dishonest bank
Stay as far away as possible I am now filing a complaint with the financial ombudsman they have held my money since November 2024 without an explanation and I have asked them to release my money and they continue to ignore me.

They Stolecmy money and didn’t answer any of my emails or WhatsApps
Stay away from these scammers
I sent them my documentation and everything they asked for and now they disappeared, no response from them and because of this police, FOS, ICO will be contacted for an investigation on what they are doing with our documents.
