Very hard to find any topic and have to search through so much to get to anything specific. Found it was much easier just to go to website. I have contacted Redeemer website and reported the problem but it still doesn’t function. Big disappointment. I absolutely love listening to him. But this app doesn't let you do that. Also very disappointed how much redeemer charges for audio. Check out xenos Christian fellowship web site for decades of great teachings for free. ### 1/5 — Needs offline capability *2014-07-20, version 3.21.2.1* This app need to work offline. People don't like to keep their phone on in church because there's terrible reception in all the services and it drains the battery of the phone. Also, it's nice to keep the phone off so not to receive calls and texts during service. It's really a shame the bulletins can't be used offline once it's downloaded. His work has been a great benefit to my faith. However, I am not a fan of the app. I would ask and encourage the app crew to explore the features and functionality of the Truth For Life app. In particular: the ability to find sermons and sermon series in the app based on scripture, year, or topic. (Currently, searching this app is clunky - and the links often take me off-app to a website. This is not ideal.) Also, the inclusion of a transcript for the sermons would be a great addition. Within a sermon series, please add the option to “play all.” Finally, having daily devotionals and daily scripture readings would encourage users to access the Gospel in Life app on a daily basis. ### 2/5 — Great Content - Difficult to Use *2021-11-14, version 5.14.4* The content here is wonderful. This app is very difficult to use. I’ve purchased a number of sermons and find it very difficult to find them on this app. I finally just gave up and put a bookmark on my iPhone of the site which is far easier to use than this app. Please make the use of this app more intuitive! I’ve used the reading plan for years, with the option of audio in the ESV. I find the format of the Bible easy to use to locate whatever book or chapter I need to read or hear. Tim Keller’s sermons are also insightful. I generally listen to the podcast elsewhere, but it is nice to be able to search on this app if I’m looking for a particular topic or scripture. ### 5/5 — Crashes *2019-12-09, version 4.12.6.1* The app is great, but has lately started to unexpectedly crash whenever I attempt to play a downloaded sermon. But Sermons aren't playing *2015-02-26, version 3.26.0* I love the Redeemers app. I haven't visited the church yet, so I love all of the resources they have just on the app. The sermons are excellent and gospel centered. I recommend this app to everyone because I know they won't be steered wrong, they won't have trouble navigating and they will find great resources. Th sermons are my go to in the car. For the last two weeks however I have been unable to play sermons on wifi or on data. They seem to be about to start but never do. Please fix!
