All it does is spin and not show my jobs list until I delete and reinstall. Its like everything I touch you have to wait 5-20 seconds before it recognizes it. Tried on multiple devices and still does it. It’s AGONIZING trying to do something quickly, but I have to wait for my touch to be registered. Given the amount of companies using this, you can do a lot better. ### 3/5 — Frequency? *2024-03-25* This app is great but it doesn’t clearly explain the frequency required of each survey. Nor does it tell a rep what surveys are still outstanding or incomplete. If one is monthly and one is quarterly, there’s no way for a rep to know which is which or which one has been completed and which is still incomplete. ### 2/5 — Time stamp accuracy is horrible *2023-06-13* The app itself is a great concept, but now that I just found out that the pictures on every item are the exact same time that you submit a mission is horrible. There is no way to validate your own story of when you did something when they all have the exact same time but in reality, you took them at different times during the shift. If you arrive at a store at 6:15 take a picture at 7:16 end the mission at 9:20, the history tab should have each time stamp, according to each picture. Currently, they always show 9:20, which is very bad and stupid to cover your own tracks. Please fix that soon. The app drained my battery before I could get each door clearly. I only did one reset and my battery was full at the start of work. It doesn’t even give me the option to use a saved password; have to type username and password each time. So if you have missions that are due at a specific time and you’re trying to get them done on time, this is super inconvenient and annoying. Also half of my surveys taken won’t acknowledge that I submitted the survey ### 1/5 — Trouble with app *2023-04-27* Twice I’ve had trouble with the app. Going to the same location, we had trouble getting the shop to appear, so I could do it. The MSP was never able after many tries to get it to come up on my app. I had to use the guidelines & take pictures to send to them for report insertion. Very stressful, as it was after a 1-1/2 hr. drive one way & then the not being sure I was able to accomplish the shop - BOTH TIMES. In the account survey we have a “check in”section and with in that section we have a “Check-in Follow up for next Call” section but it’s like information goes here to die. I would think that There should be some functionality with push notifications or pop up notifications when you return to this account. It should remind you automatically of what was entered in this section on the last visit to this account.
