This app is so bad. The picks are so misleading for example, if one of the questions was “will this person use this song on TikTok more than 3 times” and u checked their profile and find out they’ve already used it around 10 times, you obviously click yes. However, many people including myself have been caught out as apparently the answer only counts from the day the question was posted, which is never made clear and it also doesn’t say the day the pick was posted, so how would anyone know? When I emailed them, they never once offered a refund for my hard-earned diamonds which I had just wasted. There are also so many glitches and bugs which you would think had been fixed after a 12 month maintenance. The only good thing is that you CAN win free things- but it’s almost impossible considering the app is so misleading. ### 2/5 — What’s the point now? *2026-05-12, version 7.84.p2* Used to love this app, but the year long upgrade was a serious downgrade. The app update kept being pushed back further and further, and when it finally was released it had changed so much and not in a good way IMO. This forced me to create a new account with the same phone number I used to log in. Of course it said ‘mobile number already in use’. This is heavily disappointing, especially after being tricked about the update period duration. Attempted to log in with phone number to be told no account exists so tried to create a new one and then told my number has already been used. Just stuck in a loop with no way to log in. It’s awful and only American based we used to have uk shows and they even do the gift cards in dollars! And they give Starbucks who support Isreal!!! Firstly the maintenance took months and months longer to complete and was constantly getting pushed back. When it was eventually completed i was unable to login to my old account using my phone number. This has resulted in my losing thousands of diamonds and hundreds of thousands of coins that I’d spent over a year saving up on the old app. Anytime I have contacted goss about this I’ve either been ghosted or fobbed off. The new app is also not a patch on the old one and it’s now almost impossible to earn even 5% of the rewards you could previous. Then the new update arrives which took absolutely ages & I didn’t appreciate the date being moved back every month it was very misleading. It’s impossible to earn half as many diamonds as I did before, & not only that half the games have disappeared & there’s barely anything to play. You literally get to bet on your thoughts on all of these things going on in the world and you win genuinely insane prizes. From beauty products to designer… the prizes are insane. Best part about it too is that you don’t even need to pay. whilst your just navigating the app and getting used to it there’s free betting options. Once you win your first prize tho you definitely don’t mine paying a small amount for diamonds because the prizes are always worth so much more. I also love the ‘would you rather’ questions, it’s so much fun. I placed all my diamonds on a power play because it showed I could almost double my wager, but now it shows I’d only get back what I originally placed if I win. Prizes should be locked in when a wager is placed. If users can’t change their wager, the app shouldn’t be able to change the reward after the fact. It takes away what made the app fun. **Developer response:** First off, genuinely appreciate the kind words about the concept and our support team 💖 What you’re describing is actually a bug we’re currently working hard to fix that is affecting some payout displays/calculations for certain stacks.
