I purchased one of the card packs, never received my purchase then when I tried to email them never heard anything about a refund or getting what I paid for. Have tried emailing them before about glitches in the game and never heard anything! ### 4/5 — Not enough opportunities to gain energy *2026-08-04* While this game is fun they don’t give you nearly enough opportunities to gain energy without paying for it. I’m sure that’s just their business model (how else would they make money?). But the game gives you a lot of unnecessary, frivolous rewards that just junks up the playing screen and often just aren’t useful. It’s not loading one of the mini rewards for me, specifically tiptoe dreams. I have about 1600 coins for it but it’s not letting me use them. This has happened to me before with the puzzle one. The game is great and all but when i remove items from storage to the main board items lost sometimes. Right now i moved max level energy to main board and it get lost. It happened before with coins or goods from generators. I hope u can fix this bug this is so annoying. Right now i have the latest update. But it happened in older versions, too. You should be happy that people play your game and give them an incentive to play. Very disappointed in how you decided to treat your loyal players 😡 Edit: now I only get 2 Ads for a total of 50!!! You’ve reduced the number of ads for energy. It was 5 ads, for a total of 125 energy. Now you’ve reduced it to 3 ads, totaling to 75 energy. NOT COOL! ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Removing the bubble merge *2026-08-12, version 4.8.4* I love this games, the design, the colors and all, I’ve played a lot of merger games and this the one that stay on my phone and I’ve been playing the longest, I recently find out when a bubble with a food pop up you can merge that bubble food with the same food and get the next food afterwards but as soon as I figured it out like a day later they took it away, it takes so long to merge and get these next food and it can take days and waiting time, and that feature with the bubble made it so fun and wanted to play even longer even paying for some things but at this point removing it was so disappointing, now I cannot merge the bubble with the food unless I pay and watch a long video, this sucks because of that ### 5/5 — Fun game. *2026-08-10, version 4.8.1* Easy to play without having to pay for anything.
