Camera can’t focus on the stick so close. Add a zoom function or make it compatible with newer iphones? I Tried to call the technical support from two different numbers on the takara website, and both kept me waiting on the line for more than 10 mins and then put me to voice mail. The online so-called live chat is the same trick, after entering numerous personal information, it asks you to write down information and they will get back to you who knows when! ### 1/5 — Worst App *2024-09-29* It gives you different values of the same sample with the same concentration that are not even close. Highly inaccurate. As others have said it’s a bit ridiculous to make people scan with their phones when working with virus.
