Teachers are good but I went to get my money back and I couldn’t they said I had signed a contract and I haven’t I think this is a scam and I don’t recommend it at all

Teachers keep cancelling the classes and rotating , we had multiple instances and had to go through 6 teachers in 6 months. Gostudent support also refused to help , and kept asking to buy new plans to keep the pending classes active

Desidero esprimere una valutazione fortemente negativa in merito al servizio offerto da questa applicazione di ripetizioni, alla luce di gravi criticità riscontrate sia sul piano della qualità didattica sia su quello contrattuale. Il contratto proposto risulta fortemente svantaggioso per l’utente. A causa di una clausola che prevede la perdita delle lezioni non usufruite entro un determinato periodo di tempo, ho subito una perdita economica pari a 1050 €. Tale condizione appare irragionevole e profondamente penalizzante: vincolare il cliente alla decadenza automatica di un servizio già pagato, senza alcuna possibilità di recupero o proroga, denota una concezione del rapporto contrattuale sbilanciata e poco rispettosa del consumatore. Una simile clausola si limita a tutelare esclusivamente l’interesse economico dell’azienda, scaricando ogni rischio sull’utente. Alla luce di quanto esposto, ritengo che il servizio non sia né didatticamente valido né contrattualmente equo. L’applicazione non risponde alle aspettative di chi cerca un supporto serio allo studio e si caratterizza, al contrario, per una combinazione di scarsa qualità educativa e condizioni economiche poco trasparenti e ingiustificabili.

La situación para los profesores va empeorando según avanza el tiempo, el pago por hora es relativamente bajo, ya no pagan las clases de prueba, han eliminado los bonus, y los “reclutadores” de estudiantes te piden clases de prueba a última hora, siempre preguntando por horarios que están fuera de tu disponibilidad. Me han llegado a reservar una clase de prueba sin avisar 3 horas ante de su inicio, a la cual si no me presento pago una multa de 25 euros. La plataforma debería cuidar mejor a sus profesores. 
Por otro lado, la app no tiene todas las funciones que tienes en el modo web, por lo que la app acaba siendo un puente para entrar en la web (muy incomodo).
