This is an incredibly helpful app. As a Buddhist, I am finding the app extremely useful in my everyday life and practice. But this app would also be helpful to those who are not necessarily Buddhists, because of the timeless wisdom and personalized practical suggestions offered. It is like having a personalized spiritual guide and coach in your pocket. Highly recommend!
