I love the widgets and the simple look, and delighted with the ability to write and read to apple health, which the parent app does not have fully. I would love to see the option to display carbs and insulin on board, and that would earn the extra star. ### 3/5 — Love/Hate *2026-05-27* Great features, poor execution, especially on IOS. Widgets rarely updates, contacts and notifications features are great if they would work properly. They also rarely update and the readings are always delayed or don’t update at all unless you open the app to refresh. Makes more sense to simply use Dexcom follow for free. ### 1/5 — Not reliable *2026-05-16* Did not update watch for over 30 minutes. This was with a Libre 3 plus. Sugar was off by about 100 points.
