## What is Gotcha Attend?

App Key Features:

• Business admins can set a particular radius (GOTCHA) within which employees can mark their attendance. 

• Application allows employees to mark their attendance within decided range/area or from anywhere. Hence you can track your employee’s attendance from your mobile anytime & make sure your workers are where they should be!

• Application allows employees to take breaks, Personal or any.

• With the manual attendance feature managers can update missed In/Out punches through their admin app.

• Business admins notify when Employees do punch in / out.

• Employees receive reminders for punch-out times.

• Application captures in and out timings, and hence you can auto calculate attendance based on punch timings.

• Employees can send new leave request to their manager for approval.

• Employees can view their personal attendance and work hours & leave details in mobile app using their employee login.

• Employee can fill their daily work done task along.

• Application automates salary calculation as daily & monthly as defined by business admins. Adjustments are made for holidays and vacation days.

• Generate payslips or salary slips for your staff.
