Just a clear view through the lens. I set mine up with overall no issues. I had to scan the tag 2 times before it recognized it but other than that it’s good/easy. Tested it out by scanning the collar tag on my friends phone and as long as they allow location permission (on iPhone) it’ll show you where they are. Also lets you add in favourite foods, your contact info, and medical conditions which is a big plus as my cat has a grade 6 heart murmur. However, after contacting the owner, they quickly communicated with their developer and resolved the issue immediately. We were impressed with the quick response and attentive customer service. It’s great to know that my furballs are now registered in the app, so if anyone finds them, they can scan the tags to access information about the cats and my contact details. The registration process was incredibly easy and quick, it took me less than 2 minutes to input both my details and my cat’s details. The app’s functionality is very powerful and intuitive. After registration, I scanned the QR code on my cat’s collar, and the app immediately recognized it. I could see the information in the app’s locator tab right away. This feature is very well-thought-out and executed. I noticed some old negative reviews, but it seems the app has undergone significant improvements since then. I didn’t encounter any bugs on my iPhone Pro Max 14. Overall, I’m very happy with the app and its performance.
