I REALLY wanted this to work as I love the idea.  Unfortunately the execution of this product is a huge disappointment.  The hardware seemed okay but the supporting app is awful.  I’m amazed someone would launch a product like this with such a poorly  developed app.  I’ve returned the hardware and deleted the app.  Bummer.

Please update app and firmware with ability to let the user change how frequently each goTele transmits. For example: transmit 1, 2, 3, 5, 10 minute interval. This would much improve the battery life. 

The chat/texting screen needs read receipts and delivery confirmation.

The program places function button in the “horn” section of the screen and hence you are unable to hit “next” during setup.

have been using with my dog for almost 2 years now, not waterproof, could be built stronger, buttons fell out have to use a bullet to press, takes a few tries sometimes to get it rolling but once it’s going it’s pretty accurate, get it ready before you get to where your going. battery life is 6-8 hours. i love it for the 200$ it costs and no service required for use

The directions on how to use this app are very lacking. I have now spent multiple hours figuring out to use this app. Probably still have much to learn. Some guidance would be nice.
The physical device gets 5 stars and the app directions get 1.

It took some closing out of the app and re-connections and all that afew times but it totally works if you throw some time into figuring it out.
