However, it really would help to know exactly where the seats are located before one buys them. I have removed and loaded app a few times and it does not open ### 1/5 — Screen Frozen *2026-05-29, version 1.0.12* I have tickets for a NASCAR race and downloaded this app to have the tickets all in one place. The app opens, but when I try to swipe to set up an account it doesn’t work. Kinda frustrating. ### 1/5 — RIP OFF *2026-05-27, version 1.0.12* Very disappointing experience with Go Tickets and Cirque Italia - Water Circus Nautilus. The entire show felt unorganized and poorly managed. Staff did not appear trained, and the overall experience was chaotic instead of enjoyable. The washroom situation was a complete disaster — not family-friendly at all and especially difficult with kids. The biggest shock was the ticket pricing. I accidentally purchased tickets through Go Tickets and paid $608 CAD for 1 adult and 2 kids. The very next day, my friend bought tickets directly for around $60 per adult and kids entered free. A price difference from roughly $60 to over $600 for the same event is absolutely unreasonable. There should be better regulations and transparency on ticket resale platforms so families are not trapped into massively inflated prices by mistake. Extremely frustrating experience overall. ### 1/5 — Go Tickets Sucks *2026-05-24, version 1.0.12* I bought tickets to an event MONTHS before the day of and didn’t get transferred tickets until 30 minutes before I left. I bought 2 tickets for the bottom section and the seller cancelled my tickets transfer and gave my seats to someone who paid more even though I paid for them first..? Personally I don’t think that should be allowed. We reached out to Gotickets for MONTHS and the situation was not progressing at all. The customer service is always a robot and if you do get a human they don’t do anything or even care to help. the seller offered different tickets that are not anywhere near to what we paid for. They gave us seats at the very top for only a 20 dollar discount from what I bought them from when those seats should’ve costed like 60 dollars. This whole situation was stressful and annoying and 3rd party sellers like this shouldn’t exist. ### 1/5 — Woody *2026-05-24* Do NOT use this company. There is no way to get a refund ALL sales are final you can’t even transfer a ticket(s) to a different day. I had travelled and was already at the venue, I purchased another set of tickets (so obviously available for go tickets to have done their job). This is just a reseller. Call center will not transfer you to a live agent. Only repeat canned info. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLATFORM ### 1/5 — Was told that purchased Parking Ticket at the event was a scam *2026-03-01* Tickets for the event were good. But when we pulled into the lot we were instructed to park in, on the parking ticket we also bought, the attendant told us that our ticket was a scam, wouldn't scan it, and they wouldn't honor it. We reached out to customer service, and the best they would do was a $8 dollar refund and a 10% discount on next purchase. Why would I buy a discounted second ticket that also wouldn't be honored?? Submitted help requests several times and they never responded with actual help except to resend the download link which never worked. Now they are refusing to provide a refund. From the moment I purchased the tickets to the moment they were scanned at the venue, I worried I had been scammed. After purchasing, I had to accept my tickets, then transfer them to myself… they opened in an unmarked browser window and wouldn’t allow me to download them to my wallet (despite Go Tickets’ recommendation you download your tickets to your wallet because reception can be bad at events… thanks!) A week before the event I checked back and could no longer access them… what followed was a week of maddening phone calls and messages with their chatbots. I would wake up to three or four missed calls from different reps that provided no new info. I was told to call but couldn’t reach anyone on the phone. I was told to chat them, but had to talk to an AI chatbot for fifteen minutes, explaining my case each time from the beginning, before I would be connected with a real person who was not much better. Their solution to every problem is to offer a 10% discount on future orders, as if that were something I’d ever consider. I would rather pay a markup with the official seller than ever use GoTickets again. ### 1/5 — GO TICKETS!! Do not buy from them!!!! *2026-06-28, version 1.0.13* If I could give less than a one star, I would. Save yourself every bit of hassle trouble, and anxiety. Do not buy from this company. They make promises on tickets and do not deliver. There is zero customer service. No one is available to help you. They have a bot that just repeats the same info. We paid $2000 for tickets for an event 7 months later. The day before we still didn’t have our tickets. We were flying to the event not knowing if we had tickets. They claimed the tickets were sent yet all of the information they provided to find the tickets was inaccurate. the chat bots couldn’t help. I was told to call back after customer service opened at 9 AM. I called back at 9 AM and they were closed and there was no one there to help me. The anxiety I felt for my daughter to attend this event which was a birthday gift for her was more than I could handle. I will never do this again, and I strongly urge you not to as well. You have no idea where the seats will be. You are rolling the dice and way overpaying. Big lesson learned by me. I finally got a call from a human today!
