Como usuario habitual de su servicio, he disfrutado de la flexibilidad y la conexión que ofrece la conducción de un coche manual, y creo que muchos otros usuarios comparten este sentimiento. La opción de coches manuales no solo proporciona una experiencia de conducción más auténtica, sino que también permite a los conductores disfrutar de un mayor control sobre el vehículo. En un país como España, donde la cultura automovilística valora tanto la destreza al volante, esta decisión parece ir en contra de las preferencias de muchos de sus clientes. Les insto a reconsiderar esta decisión y a volver a incluir la opción de coches manuales en su aplicación o aunque sea los familiares. I have to call for help every day to stop a reservation or unblock it freezing. Every day. This app was a piece of crap it took ages to go through the steps and finally tried to verify my face and no buttons worked, the app was so slow it kept glitching it was really buggy. Wasted 45 mins trying to get a motorbike to explore the city on the way home and ended up taking a cab instead. I went on holidays to Malta and no longer need to use this app. But the App bypassed the rule of Apple asked for a subscription and it does not matter to them whether I used the application or deleted it as I passed it immediately after I left Malta. They continue to charge you for your subscription and I can't restore it! App is unresponsive and customer service is terrible. ### 1/5 — Cannot register *2021-08-02* Unfortunately they do not accept my USA-issued driving license: they say that it is only usable within the USA because it is a particular class of license from the issuing state. This is not true, however; I have rented cars in Malta and other countries (both EU and non-EU) using this license, with companies large & small. GoTo is actually the only company I've been unsuccessful with so far. The issuing state's own web sites also clarify the meaning of license classes, but GoTo seems limited in its due diligence capabilities. I also have a valid license from another (non-English) country, which they say they cannot accept unless it is translated to English by a "licensed translator". I find this ridiculous, coming from what appears to be a technology company: just use translation templates for foreign countries' (non-English) licenses to extract the relevant info. You do not need a licensed translator to work on every individual license as the formats of licenses don't generally change over long periods of time. Only names, dates, IDs and addresses change, and these are easy to extract. Obligatory 1 star until I either get an alternative license and try (and really love) this app, or their registration process improves and addresses my case, ideally with some concession for the lost time. ## Frequently asked questions about GoTo Spain ### What is GoTo Spain - Carsharing Madrid?
