Pretty easily and user friendly but the phone delay is a huge drawback. Seems non of the updates fixes the issue. About 1-2 second delay between the other caller. Can be annoying when both try to speak and both stop to listen and speak again...... Some times picture messages go through and for others they don’t. Tests and calls don’t send and dropped daily. I can’t share a contact with another user or send a file because the recipient can’t open the damn thing. When I tried to cancel they had locked me into a 3 year contract and made me pay the remaining balance. ### 1/5 — Worst soft phone app ever *2026-08-15, version 2026.9.0* I hate go to. But this app makes it impossible to get things done. The connections suck their delayed. They always have problems getting a connection on the mobile app while I’m sitting here on Wi-Fi users don’t get their calls. I’m an administrator of this and I’m stuck with this app because of the integration and it is definitely the worst thing I’ve ever seen. ### 1/5 — I’m not signing in for a one hour webinar.! *2026-07-30, version 2026.8.0* I’ve copied and pasted session number and it isn’t taking it. I’m not making a login and giving my information for a one hour session. These people didnt tell me this was going to be an ordeal. It is physically painful to my ears. You have undoubtedly caused me hearing damage. Please make an option for the ringtone. Can you please give a toggle or bring back the true dark mode? ### 1/5 — Billed for months after cancellation *2026-06-11, version 2026.6.1* Huge pain to cancel my Grasshopper account with GoTo support over the phone; received cancellation confirmation complete with case number and date in email. Still kept getting billed for three more months until I caught it. I’m sure it would have continued. Finally got a refund with a support team member who was helpful, but getting continuously billed after a cancellation erodes trust and feels extremely scammy. Cut it out. ### 1/5 — Terrible experience after 7 years of use. *2026-05-14, version 2026.5.0* Stay away from this company, I should have done this many years ago but unfortunately they get you locked in to a plan and even if you cancel subscription and even if you get a confirmation that you have canceled with them, they will still charge you and threaten to send your info to collection agency if you dont keep paying. Im not talking about a 2 month membership. Im talking about being a 7 years client to them. On top of that the app is really slow and buggy. You are always logged out and SMS messages often dont load. It’s very slow and buggy. I never write a bad review, and happy to support businesses but this time I had to. I think a presentation focusing more on wave and wake erosion from wakeboard boats is needed and appropriate. The shoreline of many rivers and lakes are being destroyed by these boating actions.
