Apple needs to get rid of this app. I removed and deleted but it’s still sitting in the cloud on my phone. They run a scam. ### 1/5 — Do NOT download. *2022-06-20* I just received an unknown phone call and was connected to a “customer service agent” from a foreign country. They tried telling me they had located suspicious activity on my Apple account, and they wanted me to download this app so they could block the person getting into my account. The agent kept interrupting me, and was overall very suspicious. As soon as a read the reviews while I was on the phone with him I flat out told him “I’m reading here this is a scamming app” he simply said “no worries ma’am” and immediately hung up on me. I almost downloaded it to, but stopped it. Unless your Apple device notifies you personally ain’t no way the Apple company gonna contact you, and to download all all that gives someone unrestricted access to your devices personal info. After the customer support team was finished they specifically told me to disconnect and delete the app. So on the reviews this app is good if YOU and ONLY YOU contacted a reputable company for customer support, if a company contacts you then don’t install it. I would not have gotten my equipment fixed had it not been for this app. ### 5/5 — Valuable Support Tool *2023-03-31* This app is used by many reputable companies to provide quality support. But only use it with someone you trust. The negative reviews are from people who were tricked into using the app by scammers. It’s simple - don’t use this app unless you yourself contacted support for an issue from a company that you trust ### 5/5 — True app review *2021-01-17* This is a tool like any other that can be used for good or bad reasons, as the developer says in the first line. Only use with people you know you can trust. Being an IT professional for more than 25 years. I can tell you I have used this tool to help others out of some bad PC issues. There was a time people had to pay triple for PC services than what I can provide remotely today and, in many cases, can get same day service. So please judge the tool and not the operator behind the tool. I like my customers' ease of connecting to me and assisting all my clients' mobile/tablets, PCS, and mac devices, even during off-hours with unattended access. It is not the apps nor the developers fault that you got scammed into installing this and allowing some to access your phone. On that note. The app works great I am able to direct my customers to install and get assistance on their iPhones. With it, I can view the screen of the user to help alert them where they should go. This is used with the service GoToAssist I have to help support my end users. I see a lot of reviews about scams, but this app itself is not a scam; however, the app could be used by scammers paying for a subscription; so definitely only use if you know the other party.
