GoToll uses video matching software to capture your toll trips. When you travel on an eligible toll road, your vehicle is detected and the app creates a trip. After your trip is reviewed, you'll receive a notification. Then, you can pay in the app.

I dont know what locations dont take my go toll and end up with a ticket. I signed up so I didnt have to worry about this.

I feel like this app is a scam. I just searched the states pay toll website, put in the license plate number, and it will provide you any fees due. GoToll does not want to delete my account until after 180 days, which is a little ridiculous. Additionally, I had to replace my debit card because they won’t remove it from the account. There is no need to download this app when you can just go to the state website to pay your tolls.

Used it recently for a road trip from Atlanta to Miami. Use the Miami Turnpike. Google Maps told me that the Turnpike was about $25 each trip. So all in all I should’ve paid around $50 plus another 20 give or take for me traveling around Florida while I was in Miami.. As I got my final statement for my trip to and from in my driving around Miami, it came up to a total of $170. Realize they charge $.85 every single time he passed away a toll on top of, however, much the Toll cost. I calculated the amount of times I got charged at $.85 fee. It turned out to be an extra $80 alone in fees. I would have been better off just purchasing the Sunpass.

Was very disappointed in this app. I went down the Florida Turnpike for the first time not realizing how close the different toll stations were. I went through 36 of them and GoToll charged me a fee for everyone of them when it was only a one day trip down, and one day trip up I paid more money in fees to GoToll than I did in regular toll fees.

I emailed so-called ‘Customer Service’ to cancel this account & received a confirmation of cancellation on 3.17.2025 YET this thieving & fraudulent app company CONTINUES CHARGING OUR CREDIT CARD for unnecessary tolls as of March 24, 2025!!!! These app is a TOTAL SCAM!!!
