Use the Miami Turnpike. Google Maps told me that the Turnpike was about $25 each trip. So all in all I should’ve paid around $50 plus another 20 give or take for me traveling around Florida while I was in Miami.. As I got my final statement for my trip to and from in my driving around Miami, it came up to a total of $170. Realize they charge $.85 every single time he passed away a toll on top of, however, much the Toll cost. I calculated the amount of times I got charged at $.85 fee. It turned out to be an extra $80 alone in fees. I would have been better off just purchasing the Sunpass. ### 3/5 — Great app! *2024-07-13, version 1.0.49* Wish it covered all the United States. I hate having different apps for the same thing because different states use different apps. I got 2 emails saying I had a charge from “ncdot”. The amount was correct, so I paid them and asked for a receipt. I got 6 emails with receipts, 3 for each charge. Hopefully, I didn’t get charged 6 times. ### 1/5 — Disgusted - no support for months! *2024-05-31, version 1.0.49* When the App was working (last year), no real issues with paying for DC and Baltimore area tolls. Once a glitch occurred in the app preventing me from logging in at all, I contacted support. YOU NEVER REPLY. You've suspended my account but it is your fault that I can't remedy the issue. ### 1/5 — No customer service *2024-03-24, version 1.0.49* Used for a while and then realized I was charged over $100 for tolls that were not my car. No way… ### 1/5 — Not good for vacation *2023-11-01, version 1.0.49* Pick up rental and input info only to be told it takes up to 24 hours to approve a new vehicle. I already had an account just adding a rental. 1st day shot. Went in after 24 hours and still pending. Used their contact info only to be told that they would respond within 2 business days. Half of vacation over by then. Been 30 hours and still pending approval. Good news is I found out you can go to Publix and pick up a SunPass for $4.99 and use immediately. ### 4/5 — App for great for a year then froze and keeps taking $ *2023-08-29, version 1.0.49* The app worked great for two years and recently I haven’t been able to open the app. It freezes on the refreshing credentials screen. I have reached out to the developers for assistance since the app continues to take my money even though I can’t access it, they told me to try to delete it but I’m unable to do that. Also since I can’t get to my account physically, I am now waiting to see if they will approve my request and close my account. No one has responded. ### 1/5 — Credentials Refreshing… *2023-08-26, version 1.0.49* There was an earlier review that mentioned it wouldn’t let you log in and kept flashing Credentials Refreshing… you said it’s bc of an old App. Then proceeded to name (I’m guessing) the new app only for it to be named exactly the same. No description if an updated up looks different and you don’t have an option to update IF the app is old. If you had a choice of 0 zero I would choose that. Stop wasting people’s time with this crap. ### 2/5 — Charged me without notice *2023-08-17, version 1.0.49* I used this app and deleted it after paying a toll. A year later, it charged my credit card automatically with no advance notice for a toll. Beware, they store your info and will charge you and just send a receipt! ### 2/5 — It was great until it wasn’t *2023-08-12* Was very excited to have an easier way to pay tolls since, but also really nervous to hand over control to an automated system and it turns out I was right to be worried. The app does not have enough functionality and the company does not have enough customer service to deal with issues that arise. They “validate” tolls but don’t provide any documentation for the user, they require a credit card on file for as long as you have the app and 180 days after you deactivate your account, and there is no way to pause charges for tolls they have “validated.” We had our license stolen and continued to be charged for tolls up to a week after we had reported it stolen and informed customer service. They said they would refund the charges but only refunded one. We paid over $30 in bogus tolls. I finally deactivated my account (had already removed the license) but they still have my credit card info. It literally cannot be disassociated with your account until six months after you deactivate. Had potential to be great, but it is not set up to handle anything out of the ordinary, which creates issues for those of us living in the real world. Also, beware $0.85 service fee per toll adds up!! **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback. All of the trips that occurred after you reported your license plate stolen should have been refunded. I signed up so I didnt have to worry about this. ### 1/5 — Do Not Install *2026-05-13, version 1.0.52* I feel like this app is a scam. I just searched the states pay toll website, put in the license plate number, and it will provide you any fees due. GoToll does not want to delete my account until after 180 days, which is a little ridiculous. Additionally, I had to replace my debit card because they won’t remove it from the account. There is no need to download this app when you can just go to the state website to pay your tolls. ### 1/5 — Takes too long to verify *2026-05-03, version 1.0.52* Takes up to 24 hours to verify plates, not helpful if you needed quick. ### 1/5 — GoToll charges too much for there fees *2026-03-27, version 1.0.52* Was very disappointed in this app. I went down the Florida Turnpike for the first time not realizing how close the different toll stations were. I never had an issue with this app especially when I don’t use the express lanes, it doesn’t charge me. Also, customer service was prompt in responding to my inquiries. I’ve been out of work for quite some time and I have an unpaid balance. I want to pay off the balance however this app is giving me issues. I had issues resetting my password but the good news is that resolved. The biggest problem that I’m having is that the card that I’m using doesn’t work. I check with the bank and it’s all good to go. I contacted customer service through the app and no response since last night. I’m seeing a lot of complaints from many different people. I would appreciate that someone would assist me instead of an apology response to this review. If you want me to settle the balance, I would kindly ask to stop sending me those overdue emails, thank you. ### 1/5 — False tolls and they continue to harass *2025-01-29, version 1.0.49* 4-5 years later and I am STILL getting spam emails from them saying “overdue payment! Pay now!”. I have a ez pass and haven’t used this app in YEARS. I’ve unsubscribed a million times, contacted their subpar CS and still I continue to be harassed with false claims of payments being due. AVOID!!!! Very much like another reviewer mentioned, the app inaccurately said I took an express lane. I didn’t, but drove along side one. So that’s the major flaw in this app is that it cannot differentiate between actually being on a toll road when there’s a non-toll one next to it. I contacted their customer service to notify them, and they were absolutely unhelpful. Demanded that I pay, denied what I brought to their attention, and have since been sending numerous harassing emails insisting I HAVE to pay. I’ve even checked with the actual state tolls and I owe nothing, nor do they show me using the express toll road at all. Yet I continue to receive emails from GoToll saying I’m “overdue in payment!”. I deleted this and will never use it again. They sent me emails but I thought it might be spam. I responded to one and someone kindly and promptly responded to show me my account.
