A glitch makes the bar at the top move around and covers half the information. Clunky UI, buried information, and basic tasks that somehow take too many steps. This isn’t complex tech. It’s schedules and tickets. Any developer could rebuild this quickly, which makes you wonder where the money is actually going because it’s clearly not going into user experience.
