Thanks! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Completely broken in every way I've tried to use it *2020-07-13, version 6.5.2* I can't get this to work at all, even for one of their "test" sessions. On the main screen of the app, I typed the session number, and it brings up an alert saying I need to download the app. The button on the alert sends me back to the App Store, which confirms I've already downloaded it, and sends me back to the app. I tried going to the support page and clicking the link there, and it just sends me to a blank white page in Safari. I tried a different device (running a newer version of iOS), and it shows a webpage that says "Tap to join the session", and when I tap it, it says "Safari cannot open the page because the address is invalid". I tried entering the meeting number from within the app, on the newer device, and it shows a spinner, darkens the screen, then half a second later resets the spinner and darkens the screen even more, and this repeats forever. GoToTraining has some serious QA issues. I've tried to join their "test session" in 6 different ways (via the app, via the webpage, via the support link, each with 2 different devices), and they all fail -- and each in a unique way! Their support page is useless, too. If there's some secret trick to making this app work, I'm not smart enough to figure it out. All video conferencing software is bad, but this is somehow the worst of all. ### 1/5 — What the heck? *2020-04-01, version 6.5.1* There’s absolutely no Sign-up button. I’m trying to find it even on the website and I can’t create an account. Really? What kind of app doesn’t have a Sign-up button and only a Sign-in button? ### 1/5 — Where is the sign up button? *2019-07-25, version 6.5.0* I don’t see a sign up button, only sign in. ### 1/5 — App crashes on iOS 12.1 *2018-11-15, version 6.4.3.47* This app is not compatible with iOS 12.1 It crashes every time I try to join my online class. The support staff was not helpful and was unable to get the app to work. ### 1/5 — So lame *2017-12-14, version 6.4.0.19* What’s the point of this app? To show me the training sessions I have to do, then not let me do my training sessions? Oh okay perfect... I get it now! I could barely get the app to switch screens like trying to tap the chat icon didn’t work 9/10 taps on it. Same for switch back to the video being presented. One time I switched to read a chat message and the entire row of icons on the bottom went black and I couldn’t change to do anything. ### 2/5 — Cannot schedule GTT via app *2017-09-18, version 6.4.0.11* You cannot schedule a GoToTraining session via the app or invite participants. Lame. ### 2/5 — Getting Error When Joining *2017-06-29, version 6.4.0.10* When attempting to join training in progress, I get into the training "room" but as soon as the host starts to share his slide presentation, I get an error message and get kicked out of the room. If he is already sharing his slides before I try to get into the room, I get an error and it won't let me in at all. Simple and easy it is to use, easy to understand guides, and uses little resources. We expect things to work just outside of the box. We acknowledge an app when we have an easy session and the session went well as planned. We try to Evaluate each use of the app and after 3 weeks go by and we have had minimal to no issues, then we forget about it and it is now in our nature to run to it for other projects and plans. The organization had control over mute but we were able to use the feature in the app that allowed to raise our hands to get questions ask and use the chat box for the exercises given.
